These Terms of Service govern your use of foodexpogrocery.com and the services of Neighborhood Mini Market Inc DBA Food Expo ("Food Expo", "we", "us"). By using the site or signing up for text updates, you agree to these terms.

Orders and delivery

• Orders are confirmed by the store. Availability, prices, and delivery windows can change; we'll do our best to tell you when they do.
• Payment terms are as agreed at the time of your order.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Texts are delivery updates only, about your orders and deliveries. No marketing.

If you sign up for text updates, you agree to receive text messages from Food Expo about your orders and deliveries.

• Frequency: up to a few messages per week.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one confirmation text, then no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP, or call (718) 387-9000.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site - no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or submit false information through its forms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its date.
